Taken this afternoon. I just grabbed whatever red I have already had in my pencilcase. These red things posted for Picture Perfet- Red theme hosted by http;//fotofriday.multiply.com might not be perfect yet I felt just in a perfect mood to capture some photos.

Once a little girl said "Is Red your passion, ma'am?"

Then I said "No"

The girl then wondered "Then what is it?"

Red is my blood

Red is the ink I use for your mark

The little girl smiled and went away

Hi!
Oh I love your collection of red items - VERY imaginative and nicely arranged!
You asked about getting the background to blur. Well, if you aim your focus only on the one item, then the background will blur. I think I may have put my camera on "Macro" as well. Good luck!
