I do love cats, but I have never wanted to have them as pets. These cats are almost always dropping by to our house. Sometimes they just try to relax at our porch, nice!! the kitten is sooooooo shy! she gets scared easily while her mother looks so calm that I can even touch her and take some photos of her. Lu2Ar

oh I was not well-informed about it, thanks I knew there was something wrong, but I wasn't sure. By the time I am writing this, I have never met the blue-eyed cat yet, only the baby, which now has another baby:)
I used to have a cat too. He was 17 years old when passed away. He was my best friend, I called him Filemon (popular Polish name for cats :).Then I owned a dog, she was such a wonderul one, her name was Ilka, I lost her a few months ago and I still miss her :( She had a heart attack and passed away in my arms. I found Ilka in the street, she was old and sick, her previous owner didnt want to keep her anymore because she was sick (so typical for some nowaday people..), it was horrible to see how she was looking for her "owner" in the street, I never can forget her sad eyes.. I decided to take her to my home and we became the best friends. When I had a cancer 2 years ago, she was a great support to me... They say "A dog is the only thing on earth that loves you more than he loves himself.", I absolutelly agree with this. I posted a special post on my blog in memory of my dog. She was so sweet, loyal and wonderful one. Ok, better I close here because I miss her so badly...:(
animals, even birds we seem to get contacted with them closely, and just like when you say goodbyes to friends, it leaves you a beautiful memory. I know you felt when you could see her sadness- animals do talk! and amazingly we are given a capability to understand what they say if we want to learn about them. Awww, I am sorry if this posting reminds you to something perhaps you want to keep; I don't want to make you sad. I will come and read your post about your dog. But I am glad that you gave them comfort until their dying times
