Salut! Salut! I have always been amazed by her voice; excellent soprano! I am not saying she is the only one who gets the kind of voice, yet she is the best soprano in Indonesia so far. Recently, she has won the grandprize on INCSF or International Nile Children Song Festival in Cairo. Having sung the English song written by Indonesians - To be the One,which talks about peace and friendship to the world, has brought Gita become the first winner ( in teenager category -14-19 years old) against 17 singers from different parts of the world. I have heard the song on TV, and it was sung beautifully by her.
Not only is she good at singing but also at her studying at school; she has been the best in her class since elementary to junior high school- grade 9. I'd say she is a young talented artist. This is just my small appreciation of her. Congratulations Gita

However, I do have some critics, especially the homepage, which is not created profesionally. It looks like they ONLY need to have a homepage without ever updating it or trying to make it look attractive, stylish and profesional. I have tried to contact the radio but the e-mail does not work.I'd better call.

There is an online radio there. When I tried it worked well, so I hope it does work to you too. Selamat Mendengarkan!!

I suddenly remember the songs from Vina Panduwinata. I like her songs as they are so cheery and to me they are so 80s. I remember my childhood on Sundays when listening to her songs while enjoying the chicken porridge I liked. I was in Semarang at that time. I heard that the street where I lived has been converted into a high way. The lyrics below was just one of those of hers I like. Why did I post the lyrics here? it was because I like the song and the lyrics have good meaning as well. It's just too bad I do not have the MP3 that I can upload. Anyone of you knows the song? or even like it? O.K, shake shake shake, if you know it and you like it, sing along!. If you do not know it, I hope the lyrics inspire you in a certain way...
